These terms explain how you may use our website and what it means when you send us a message, a no-obligation enquiry or a call-back request through it. This is an information website. Nothing is bought or paid for through it.

2. What the website is for
The website presents the services of a building design and engineering office: project documentation, technical advice, engineering services, design coordination and final inspection and approval.
It is not an online shop. You cannot order goods or services or pay for anything through it, and no purchase contract is made on the website.
3. Enquiries, messages and call backs are not binding
- Sending the contact form, a project enquiry or a call-back request does not create a contract. Neither you nor we are committed to order, deliver or pay for anything.
- We reply by email or phone, whichever you chose. If needed, we prepare a quote. The quote is not binding either until both sides confirm it.
- A contract for a specific service is made separately, in writing or by email. The scope of work, price, deadlines and other terms are set out in that contract, not on this website.
Please give accurate details in the forms so that we can reply to you properly.
4. Information on the website
The texts on the website, including the glossary, the FAQ and the project guide, are for general information. They help you find your way but do not replace a professional assessment of your building or legal advice.
Building regulations change. The new Building Act No. 25/2025 Coll. has applied in Slovakia since 1 April 2025. We keep the website up to date, but we recommend a consultation before you decide anything about your building.
5. Copyright
The texts, graphics and layout of the website are protected by copyright. Please do not copy or share them without our consent. A short quotation with the source stated is fine.
The photos on the Our team page show our partners. All other photos are illustrative, come from a licensed stock library and do not show Aneva projects or offices.
The website was designed and built by Luma Creative.
6. Links to other websites and services
The website links to other services, for example our Instagram profile or directions in Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps. The interactive Google map on the Contact page only loads after you click it.
We are not responsible for the content of these services. When you open them, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Personal data and cookies
How we process data from our forms is explained in our privacy policy. Which cookies the website uses and how to change your consent is described in our cookie policy.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
If you are a consumer, you keep all your rights under Slovak and EU consumer protection law. These terms do not limit them.
If you are unhappy with something, please write to us first and we will look for a solution together. If a dispute cannot be settled by agreement, a consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, such as the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk).
9. Effective date and changes
These terms apply from 25 September 2026. If we change them, we will publish the new version on this page. Contracts already made are governed by the terms agreed in them.
